Lion Genome Home page

 

Lion Genome is a site for sequencing, analyzing, and maintaining lion genomes.

The first lion genome was sequenced by Genome Research Foundation using the samples from SamSung Everland Zoo in 2010.

The lion genome data are freely available. The data are published in 2013 at Nature Communications
